I've helped hundreds of business owners make all kinds of big decisions.

And if there's one thing I've learnt along the way it's that making decisions quickly and confidently is actually really tricky to do.

Overthinking, analysis paralysis, decision fatigue. These are all very real, and very harmful problems. They slow you down and make you miss out on all kinds of opportunities.

What most people lack is a clear and simple protocol for how they approach the big decisions. That's what I teach.

From positioning and messaging to recruitment and operational efficiencies. I've put in the reps.

And now I'm helping leaders train up their teams to make decisions without them. Because I've seen first-hand that delegating the doing without the deciding doesn't help.

I draw on a range of sources, from my psychology degree and consulting experience, through to the latest research and time-tested techniques from the military and other professions like judges and doctors.

My approach is to keep concepts clear, make learnings contextually relevant to your team, and make sure we all have fun as we go along.
